Looking for office based position assessable to public transport.

You will be supporting a premier Telco Service provider client to provide excellent customer service and solutions to their client base:

What you are expected to do:

  • Contacting individual/businesses by telephone to promote consumer products or services.
  • Delivering scripted sales pitch to the customers.
  • Explaining the products or services to customers over the phone
  • Handling customers’ enquiries.
  • To achieve daily and monthly sales target as set by the team leader.


  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  • We are looking for individuals that have good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Has at least 1 Year of Experience in telesales/telemarketer/sales promoter roles is desirable. Past working experience in contact/call center preferred.
  • Sales driven, target oriented individual.
