  • Exceed customer expectation in terms of customer service and provide accurate information
  • Accountable for meeting individual (KPI) and team targets
  • Assist with the daily reservation processes, servicing guests needs and queries, provide alternative options to guests
  • Up sell and recommend company’s product and services
  • Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and/ or one other dialect
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to succeed in fast paced customer focus environment
  • Successful candidates will be provided comprehensive customer service training that contains leadership, interpersonal and soft skills
