Khmer Top Service Limited was registered with the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia with the registration number 3164/E2006 on 4th October 2006 and has been fully operational since that date under the ‘real regime’ tax laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The company owns the trademark ‘Top Recruitment Cambodia’ and trades under that brand-name.
The company was established with the purpose of providing international-standard support services which are fully focused on human resources. It only offers executive search and staffing services to avoid conflict of interest.
The company provides an international standard executive search and selection service. Support is tailored to meet client-specific requirements and the consultants specialise in managerial, professional, technical and administrative staffing. Clients range from manufacturing and telecoms companies through to the trading and service industries.
All staff of the company follow the highest ethical principles available in the recruitment industry. Briefly, these principles require that candidates are short-listed solely on their competencies and that these competencies match those described in the position specification (job description).
The recruitment team is comprised of Cambodian and foreign nationals and the highest standards of professionalism and team collaboration guide its work.
